About Jacob Workman
Electrical engineering has taken me across multiple industries. I’ve enjoyed the food manufacturing, industrial, mining sector, to end up in the data center design space. Engineering has its challenges and I am constantly learning and growing as new problems rise in the day to day and in the future. Technology leaps have changed the way companies view success and integrating these new technologies and ideas has been a learning experience. I\'ve found that Engineering when applied to real world problems, not just on paper, has a common struggle. How humans interact and the relationships we build. Project management of simple to complex solutions has taught me that working with other people is the only way to be impactful. Building trust quickly, communicating effectively, and understanding the balance needed to be a good human are all things to continuously improve.
