About Jacob Torrell

I graduated from the Rochester Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Minor in Business Administration. After graduation, I relocated to Phoenix, Arizona to begin my career with Holder Construction.I am passionate about construction management and have developed a well-rounded foundation through multiple internships across the industry. These experiences include working with both a general contractor and a design firm, giving me valuable insight into the full lifecycle of a construction project—from initial design and planning through final completion.Since starting at Holder Construction, I’ve had the opportunity to work on large-scale projects, specifically, a core and shell build and a full data hall fit-out. These projects have enhanced my understanding of all phases of construction and have prepared me for future projects to come. My long-term goal is to grow into a project management role where I can lead and support an ambitious team of engineers on complex construction projects.
