At Kent State University I earned the Dean’s List and President’s List. I graduated with a bachelor\'s degree in Business Management. I am passionate toward my major and I am excited for future endeavors. I had an internship with The Goodyear Tire and Rubber company as a procurement intern for the steel and fabrics reinforcement team. I was able to work on a sustainability proposal and presented the proposal to leadership within the company. I am currently working as a Supply Chain Rotational within Goodyear. Experiencing 3 different supply chain roles for 6 months each. Currently, I finished a 6 month experience in Raw Materials Supply chain. I am now in Transportation Supply Chain for my second rotation.I\'ve worked at a landscaping company, Naturescapes, for 4 years. I learned a lot about work ethic and dedicating myself to a task everyday. It taught me about being independent and getting work done.

   This will be my second role within the rotational program. This role includes customer service by collaborating monthly with customers to review performance of shipments. As well as multiple reports to improve appointment times to customers and ensuring on-time delivery of 90% or greater. Also, I am enhancing Tableau and PowerBI skills by using our dashboards daily. This role highlights the importance of balancing cost and service in the Goodyear network.
