   Reporting to the Dean of Distance Education & Learning Support Services, oversee the Teaching & Learning Center as well as the BSC Tutoring Center. Supervise all student tutors, part-time tutors, tutoring leads, and daily operations of BSC Tutoring. Collaborate with faculty, staff, administration, and 3rd party entities to enhance student support offered to BSC students. Supervise Digital Media Specialists and Learning Experience Developers, who provide support to faculty with technology integration in BSC courses to enhance our pedagogy and improve the Blackboard Learning Management System (LMS). Supervise and support Experiential Learning Coordinator, assisting faculty with integrating experiential learning into BSC coursework. In partnership with Career Development and Academic Affairs, work with faculty to create various experiences within academic coursework to offer experiential learning opportunities to students.Collaborate with BSC Faculty through various committees and advisory boards, supporting them with instructional design and best practices to enhance student learning. Assist with various campus assessments, including end of semester course evaluations to assist with course improvement.
