I\'m an internationally experienced hospitality and retail specialist and the founder of SPIERS good food in Berlin and also currently in the role of Operations Management Consultant at BITE by RitterRichard. I am an energetic, upbeat guy that approaches life with a lot of humour. I believe in having empathy for everyone, and everything I work with.
