I\'m an experienced software development manager and software engineer with a broad tech / design / communication / leadership background. I have a proven record of ensuring team and client success. Technologically I focus on systems architecture, continuous development, content management systems, integrations and business intelligence. I have solid LAMP stack experience and deep HTML / CSS / JS skills on the front end. I love building and maintaining things that delight, empower and relieve others. I\'m a geek who likes to pimp my family\'s bicycles with gadgetry (we’re the cutest bike gang ever), and I enjoy the precision and craft of baking.I approach management through the lenses of data and empathy.
