About Jacob S.
I am a GSOC Analyst with the international security department of Samaritan’s Purse, an evangelical humanitarian aid and disaster response ministry with a mission to serve the suffering and bring hope through the gospel of Jesus Christ. My team’s function is a blend of communications hub and proactive analytical risk assessment. We inform and support the safety of our staff and operations across the world.Currently studying Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Geospatial Analysis through Penn State’s World Campus. My educational background at Liberty University was paired with unique opportunities to produce analytical products for government clients, which has yielded an ability to research, understand and navigate the world’s various crises and conflicts.Glad to network with all kinds of professionals. Personal interests lie within the fields of humanitarian aid, advocacy, international ministry, international relations, defense, disaster response, national security, think tanks, and government.
