Project Engineer/ Assistant Superintendent role- Houston Area Women\'s CenterResponsible for submittals and RFIs for the project. Documented a weekly report tracking progress of the project. Managed the onsite logistics; calling in dumpster swaps, and delivery of materials for all trades. Called in and walked all City of Houston and 3rd party inspections. Used drone and 360 camera to document the project inside and out. Led client walks and planned top out celebration event. Ran and documented weekly foreman meetings onsite. in charge of all onsite documentation to include delivery slips, incident reports, onboarding new employees, and much more. Assistant Superintendent duties included: Running work on the first floor common space, Elevator, and Commercial Kitchen sharpening my skills on specialty items. Additionally, problem solving and answering questions in the field daily.
