About Jacob Roloff
Hi, my name is Jacob Roloff. I am currently seeking a new role in sales or management I am currently seeking career opportunities, and trying to get my foot in the door at a company that will reward me for my hard work and dedication. Something that I have learned at BYUI and now get to implement, is the need to complete quality work in a set time frame. This is a very important skill that has taught me the importance of finishing projects before the deadline, so that you have the proper time to put in quality work. The amount of teamwork that I got to experience at BYUI and now at RDO is incredible. It has allowed me to see what it is like to work with a variety of people to achieve a common goal. The team assignments have taught me what it is like working with difficult individuals, meet tough deadlines, and how to express important information in short meetings, as well as the importance of being prepared Another exciting thing that I have experienced at BYUI is the ability to support my fellow classmates by reviewing assignment, such as rough drafts on projects and papers, in order to help them improve. In my free time I enjoy reading and listening to podcasts in order to supplement my education. I am a strong believe in lifelong learning, and I try to learn something new every day
