Work directly with the Director of Technology and Climate Pledge Arena’s technology partners, scoping, implementing, and tracking various IT projects, software, and equipment, for the construction and operation of Climate Pledge Arena, the arena staff, and their IT needs • Support the IT team and its business partners in effective execution of approximately 1.5 million visitors, 50 NHL games, 20 WNBA games, 80 major music/entertainment events, and 25 miscellaneous events each year • Provide support for pre/during/post events, ensuring exceptional customer service to event clients, guests, and staff • Assist in training, development, and management of arena technology, technicians, and all associated documentation • Assist in deployment, integration and support of all IT Climate Pledge Arena or 3rd party tenant systems, including those for arena operations and maintenance, guest services, hospitality and more • Continuously reevaluate and assist in updating team procedures and practices, looking for improvements or efficiencies
