Hi! I\'m Jacob, a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia, specializing in helping individuals navigate challenges related to depression, anxiety, and substance use. My clinical work is rooted in empathy, evidence-based practices, and a deep belief in every person’s capacity for change.In addition to my psychotherapy experience, I’m also a person in long-term recovery, with over seven years of sobriety. This personal journey led me to found SOBRI Recovery in May of 2024; a private sober companioning and recovery coaching business dedicated to supporting individuals as they move toward lasting sobriety and personal growth. Through one-on-one coaching, companioning, and compassionate accountability, I help clients build healthier, more fulfilling lives.I’m passionate about walking alongside people as they reclaim their sense of purpose and well-being, whether in a therapy session or through coaching and companioning. I believe every conversation holds the potential for transformation.One of the things I love most about this work is getting to know others in the recovery space — whether they’re professionals, peers, or people just beginning their journey.
