About Jacob Pickett

I’m a graduate of The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina. I currently work as a Purchasing Agent at Key West Boats. I manage the procurement of parts across 18 different boat models, keep inventory organized across three production facilities and our central warehouse, and work with vendors to improve parts, reduce costs, and keep projects moving smoothly.I’m proud to be part of the Key West family, where everyone shares the same commitment to quality and value. I enjoy finding ways to make our operations more efficient, whether it’s following up on low-stock items, tracking overdue orders, or helping improve each model we produce.Outside of boats, I also support marketing and business development for Service Industrial Supply and develop websites for clients—work that keeps me learning and building new skills. Growing up in South Carolina’s Lowcountry, I’ve always been inspired by the waterways, beaches, and swamps around me. That curiosity and appreciation for my surroundings drives my passion for delivering results and improving processes, no matter the industry.
