Have served with elan as a professional, motivated Commissioned Officer and led with zeal, in a sabretooth combat unit of the Indian Army for past two decades, to achieve clear cut objectives. Ensured vigilance and remained proactive to ensure safety, security and orderliness wherever deployed. Have a rich & cross functional experience across domains in providing strategic leadership in diverse roles in the organizational hierarchy of the Indian Armed Forces in Administration, Operations and Security Management, HR, Logistics. I have been instrumental to conceptualise, develop, execute and streamline processes installed for risk mitigation, asset protection and loss prevention to ensure the team I led to achieve optimum results, operationally and administratively. Have been trained to be capable of investigating circumstances, and suggest rectification measures to preserve critical national resources. Proficient in emergency response and crisis management, improving intelligence & surveillance network, access management, physical security of men and assets and ensuring performance Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Skilled in operational planning, organizational leadership, facilities management, adhering and working for Government proposals, and greenfield Military Logistics. Project Management. Obtained assigned results through successful project management and completion of numerous projects from planning to execution till completion resting within the actual timelines and financial limits. During my 21 Yrs career in the armed forces, I have been leveraging my abilities to accomplish the assigned tasks in the VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity) environment. The cross cultural and geographical platforms offered by the armed forces has enabled me to imbibe eclectic ideas and practices which helped in effective team building and management. During this transition into the Corporate domain, I aim to leverage my two decade long experience in versatile roles with acquired skills to excel in team building, secure & dynamic, result oriented roles in the corporate sector.

   Handled an appointment which ensured seamless integration between two services at a functional level. Additionally handled various portfolios which included start to end of setting up a Greenfield Project of a transient facility for Senior Dignitaries in remotely accessible frontier area. Management of a cross-disciplined work force of 300 plus personnel in a inhospitable geographical span. Acted as a security enabler with primary focus to risk management and risk mitigation, in a Garrison.
