Involved in working with museums to explore new and multiple narratives, and encouraging a commitment to appropriate representation in museum collections and the stories they tell. Management of approaches to safeguarding Intangible Cultural Heritage. Work closely with Subject Specialist Networks and geographical forums. Manager of the Recognition Scheme, which celebrates, promotes and invests in Nationally Significant Collections beyond those held in our national museums and galleries.Supports and advises new and developing museums.Member of the Scottish Archaeology Finds Allocation Panel (SAFAP).
