As a Group Physical Security Analyst, I am responsibilities the following-1. Proactive Risk Management: I am responsible for leading a proactively strategy approach in managing Security Risks and threats within Flutter. This is purposely achieved by identifying security threats and developing necessary strategies/measures that would reduce, eliminate, transfer and spread the impact and redundantly curtail the likelihood of the threats from happening. Physical Security Education and Awareness: It is a task bestowed on me to ensure that training modules are developed and delivered to all employees of Flutter based on the security training needs.3. Travel Risk and Safety Management. I am responsible for supporting our employees travelling to different locations. With the support of GSOC, we identify, and share risks/threats travelers are likely to face by generating Country Risks Assessment Reports. From Security Risks Alerts we generate Intelligence and Situational Reports and share with our travelers and lastly, we support our travelers by developing Travel Riska Advisories for our employees. Other than the above, I also train and prepare our travelers before they embark on their trips overseas. Security Governance: I am responsible for coming up with Physical Security Policies and Standards that govern how security is operationalised within the organisation. These guidelines define security processes and procedures.5. Security Systems (Technology): I work in collaboration with the IT department and ensure that the best security systems with modern technology are adopted by the organisation with a cost-effective consideration but meets the Physical Security Strategy and objectives. These systems include AACS (Automatic Access Control Systems), CCTV Surveillance Systems (best Analytics), Fire Alarm Systems and Intruder Alarm Systems,6. Investigations: I am responsible for investigating all reported cases and incidents within the organisation.
