   Responsible for the development, analysis and completion of material proposals- Works with other functions from across the company to understand and evaluate the material and other direct costs associated with proposed contracts and the associated program- Utilizes company estimating and pricing programs and tools (TIES)- Leads the development of Material Basis of Estimates to include tracking progress, validating and analyzing supplier quotes and Purchase Order History, ensuring consistency across the program, and confirming the estimating approach is sound- Ensures proposals comply with all FAR and internal requirements- Assesses, develops, and implements solutions leading to a thorough material package- Performs detailed and complex analysis of inputs to ensure soundness in our material estimates.
