With over 20 years of experience as an Executive Chef in the culinary industry, I bring a deep understanding of food operations, menu development, and hospitality leadership to my current role as a Sales Consultant at Sysco Canada. I leverage my hands-on knowledge of kitchen and restaurant operations to provide meaningful solutions to clients, helping them optimize product selection, streamline operations, and ultimately grow their business. My approach is relationship-driven — I believe in listening first, understanding each customer’s unique needs, and delivering value through tailored support and industry insight. Whether it\'s helping a chef reduce food costs, guiding a new restaurant through product sourcing, or introducing innovative Sysco programs, I thrive on being a trusted partner to my customers. Currently expanding my skills through studies in Supply Chain and Logistics, I’m building on my culinary foundation with a broader view of inventory management, procurement, and distribution strategy. This learning allows me to better support customers from both an operational and strategic perspective. I’m passionate about continuous improvement and committed to helping others succeed in a highly competitive and fast-moving industry.
