   As the Security Operations Manager, I oversee and manage site activity on the 900-acre Meta Data Center campus, fostering a strong client relationship with Meta through continuous communication and support. I review and verify all reports and logs for accuracy, address and rectify any employee relation or payroll concerns in a timely manner, and recruit, hire, and train officers to ensure operational performance and coverage is met. Additionally, I conduct routine inspections and audits of security personnel to ensure proper implementation of security procedures and protocols, develop and implement site-specific security policies to successfully execute contracts, and oversee annual budgeting, staff planning, and forecasting. As the Subject Matter Expert representing Marksman on site for all matters relating to security operations, I lead a team of 50 physical security officers and Security Operations Center operators, utilizing my expertise to create innovative solutions such as the site accountability tool (SAT) that was implemented across Marksman Security sites to ensure verification for audits. Through cross-functional communications and team development, I promote a positive and efficient work environment, ensuring that our client receive the highest level of service and support.
