   Managing Speaker Emerita Nancy Pelosi\'s day-to-day operations and long-term scheduling needs, including overseeing the Speaker Emerita\'s meetings in Washington, DC; planning domestic and international travel; and coordinating the Speaker Emerita’s calls, correspondence, and communications.• Synchronizing and executing agenda priorities between the Speaker Emerita, fellow senior staff, security detail team, U.S. Capitol Police, and Sergeant At Arms; liaising with Members, House & Senate Leadership Offices, the White House and Administration, VIPs, outside groups and external parties to facilitate successful engagements; maintaining internal staff and Member-level decision memos for the Speaker Emerita.• Overseeing operational needs and deliverables; management of junior staff; curation of the Speaker Emerita\'s new executive office spaces; and implementation of post-Leadership systems to ensure continued transitional harmony while preserving logistical functionality, in direct coordination with the Speaker Emerita and her Chief of Staff.• Accompanying the Speaker Emerita in confidentiality as her bodyperson, including official travel; supporting the Speaker Emerita\'s engagement with Members and Institutional Staff on the Floor of the U.S. House of Representatives; and advising the Speaker Emerita on Congressional operational matters throughout her daily official schedule.
