About Jacob Lejeune

Personally:I\'m just a young whipper-shnapper with a lovely wife, a beautiful child, a great job, and a whole wide world of opportunity in front of me. I love the outdoors, working out, cooking for others, homesteading and working on the many small projects that always seem to pop up. I live my life authentically, and make that the core focus of my life. Authentic service, authentic love, and authentic authentic-ness.Professionally:I have been in customer-facing roles for as long as I can remember. Whether that be the restaurant industry, my own ventures, retail, direct sales roles, you name it. I have a history of hitting and exceeding quota numbers and providing strategical improvements that benefit my team members. With this I have also developed a knack for personality matching, active listening, asking good questions, and service. In my roles, I have also found a passion for process improvement, data analysis, strategic-forward thinking, and training others.I\'ve since transitioned into what you may call a \"dream job\" role working with our youth at my alma mater. As Athletic Director (and a host of other duties) I strive to be who I need to be to each one of our students as individuals.
