Work with a worldwide supply base, supporting factories in Waterloo, Mexico, France, Argentina, India, and China. Work with suppliers to drive supplier improvement activities, address as delivered quality issues and field issues. Lead Design, Process, and Assembly Reviews (DPAR) and support as required Production Part Approval Process (PPAP). Create and work with suppliers on Supplier Corrective Action Requests (NCCA). Address current quality issues for supplied components. This includes working with the supplier to improve processes and review control plans for coverage and adherence. Lead Supplier Quality Systems Audits (JDS-G223) and Process Verification Audits.
