ABOUT JACOB L. BEDINGFIELD

Jacob is a California and DC barred attorney looking to help clients and businesses expand and meet the challenge of new projects. He is well versed in a variety of real estate and development matters and the world of trade, international investments, and finance. He has a strong academic background in international business and is working to expand that experience into practical applications. He has also worked with governments, most notably in the executive branches—working for a mayor and then governor and also in the White House. He also has a great deal of experience in other branches—working for several Federal Commissions, including the Securities and Exchange Commission and Federal Maritime Commission, and at the local level, the Department of Environmental Health for the City and County of Denver and the Natural Resource Law Center at the University of Colorado. Jacob has law firm experience with the Lippman-Burton Law Group, a creditor\'s rights firm, where he developed the skills of balancing increased returns for clients while working to get payment from their customers. He has also studied Art. 9 of the UCC extensively and continues to study transaction law and finance.
