Account #1 (CONFIDENTIAL): • Operational Design, Troubleshooting: Worked as operations designer, streamlining operational friction between a sustainability startup and existing business (Warehouse/Logistics). Designed new workflows for existing business to incorporate innovation with minimal disruption and increased operational efficiency. New process resulted in $480k/year in cost savings for existing business due to reduced waste, reduced overtime, and increased efficiency. • Collected and analyzed data for existing operations to reduce the amount of legwork required by the startup to achieve research results. Account #2:(CONFIDENTIAL)• Crisis Management + Intervention: An unprecedented growth curve at an aging business required upskilling of new management, redesign of distribution practices and procedures, redesign of inventory management processes, and implementing new project management systems for improved visibility into workload capacity of different departments.
