With a track record that speaks for itself, I’m here to push the envelope on what a logistics operation can look like.My day-to-day could be anything from:* Rolling out strategic plans that actually make sense for where we want the business to go, connecting big visions with actionable realities.* Building real relationships with carriers, shippers, and industry professionals that go beyond the usual email blasts.* Making sure we know where our shipments are at all times, because “lost in transit” isn’t in our vocabulary.* Handling the day-to-day with the brokerage team, making sure everyone’s got their game face on, the workloads balanced, and the vibe positive.* Ensuring we’re not just moving stuff from point A to B, but doing it in a way that doesn’t break the customer’s bank or our backs.* Putting operations policies and procedures in place because flying by the seat of our pants isn’t a great business model.* Leading the charge in getting new tech and systems online so we can do less work and more thinking.* Keeping in line with the myriad of regulations because getting fined isn’t on our to-do list.* Working closely with the warehouse department to make sure goods move like they’ve got somewhere important to be.
