About Jacob Kardani

Jacob joined Pagewood in 2025 as an Asset Manager. He oversees the day-to-day performance and management of the firm’s investments, ensuring the operational, financial, and strategic performance of our assets, driving value creation and growth. Jacob works closely with internal teams, including property management, construction management, marketing, and third-party leasing brokers, to execute asset-level strategies.Before joining Pagewood, Jacob spent four years as Director of Asset Management at Lionstone Investments. He was responsible for overseeing and managing the performance of $1.7 billion in gross asset value, including office, multifamily, retail, and mixed-use properties across the Houston, Austin, and Dallas markets, on behalf of state pension funds and university endowments. Prior to his time at Lionstone, Jacob served as Assistant Vice President at SitusAMC, where he was a member of the Real Estate Valuations (REVS) team. There, he contributed to a variety of valuation projects, including negative assurance reporting, collateral valuation reporting, and real estate litigation advisory services for institutional lenders and global investment managers. Jacob earned a BBA in Finance from the C.T. Bauer College of Business at The University of Houston, along with a certificate in real estate through the Stanford Alexander Center for Real Estate. He remains an active Advisory Board Member at the Stanford Alexander Center for Real Estate and is dedicated to mentoring undergraduate students pursuing careers in commercial real estate. Jacob is deeply involved in volunteer work within the Houston community, contributing his time to initiatives such as tree planting projects and supporting the Houston Food Bank. In his free time, Jacob enjoys spending time with his family, watching the Houston Texans, and fishing
