I am an Executive Search Consultant in the Financial Officers Practice at Russell Reynolds Associates.Prior to Executive Search, I served as an Active Duty Officer in the U.S. Army. During my Army career, I was fortunate to have served as an Aviation Officer, Economics Professor at West Point, and an Executive Chief of Staff in the U.S. Army Pacific. Most recently, I led the Army ROTC Program at the University of New Hampshire (UNH). During my final year at UNH, our program earned the MacArthur Award as the #1 of 42 programs in the Northeast based on our stellar performance metrics and outstanding organizational culture. I am passionate about developing leaders, building winning teams, and helping organizations reach their full potential.
