Currently, I am a Commercial Partnership Manager for Flock Safety, where I help bridge the gap between law enforcement agencies and innovative public safety solutions. I leverage my operational experience to foster strategic relationships, drive collaboration, and ensure that communities have access to the technology needed to enhance safety and security.Before this, I served as an experienced senior leader with a proven track record of driving innovation, managing complex projects, and building high-performing teams in fast-paced, high-stakes environments. As a Police Captain with the Tulsa Police Department, I led major citywide initiatives, built cross-functional teams from the ground up, and successfully delivered enterprise-scale technology and public safety projects.Most notably, I served as the project lead and executive sponsor for Tulsa’s Real Time Information Center (RTIC)—the first of its kind in the state. I took the project from concept to ribbon-cutting, managing everything from strategic planning, budgeting, and staffing to policy development, public engagement, and media relations. I led citywide technology rollouts, including a data-driven license plate reader initiative, and served as a liaison between law enforcement, elected officials, and the public to ensure transparency and trust.I also managed critical business continuity efforts during a citywide cyberattack, stood up a cross-departmental response team, and maintained operational stability under extreme pressure—developing workflows, coordinating logistics, and restoring essential services without disrupting public operations.My background includes leading cross-agency partnerships, managing federal grant programs, chairing organizational change committees, and coordinating public safety responses for high-profile events. Across all my roles, I focused on stakeholder alignment, strategic communication, and outcome-based leadership.In short, I bring experience in executive decision-making, crisis management, technology implementation, stakeholder engagement, and operational leadership—skills that translate directly into the private sector and align with roles in corporate security, operations, public affairs, strategy, and program management.
