Working on Siemens Gamesa G145 carrying out TSWA duties along with -Internal and external blade inspections including tap testing with following reports and marking up for repairs. Internal cat 5 blade repairs. De-lam down to the core including core replacement. Triax,biax,UD glass used.From initial inspection to completion of repair, all stages of the grinding,core replacement and lay up. Being able to select,plan,document and execute repair methods successfully. Carried out Cat 3 external repairs. Working from a two man basket-top coat and filler removed -reveal damage of glass-grinding out of layers -build and layup of repair using lamination techniques for biax 45-followed by full post cure -restoring geometry -restoring paint by applying top coat-all stages documented and reported through SGRE internal matrix.
