My professional journey in education began as a 2018 Teach for America Corps Member in Dallas – Fort Worth, teaching IB History. This experience served as my formal entry point into the work of educational equity, building on previous involvement in high school and college. This commitment led me to a role as a Talent Partner at IDEA Public Schools, bridging the gap between leaders, educators, and schools. To broaden my scope of impact, I transitioned into education consulting with EY-Parthenon and Afton Partners, advising on critical issues in the sector.
