Built a custom dispatching and scheduling system in Zoho Creator that automated crew/truck assignment, availability tracking, and multi-job work order emails — significantly improving operational efficiency and reducing manual coordination- Integrated and synchronized data flows across Zoho CRM, Creator, and Projects to unify lead-to-job-to-scheduling workflows, including automated project/task creation, project status updates, and custom CRM modules- Developed a flexible warehouse booking and calendar interface, enabling multi-event scheduling, resource conflict resolution, and long-range planning within Zoho Creator and Zoho Bookings- Streamlined and modularized core application logic, reducing redundancy through reusable function modules, improving code reliability, and enabling development-safe environments through versioned Creator app setups- Created and maintained REST API integrations with both internal Zoho services and external systems including UniGroup’s GraphQL API, Trello, Google Sheets and Geoapify.
