About Jacob Haralson
I was unemployed in 2011 and needed a job. The only job I could get was in sales as an insurance broker. I’m now Chairman of the Board. Strange world. I love to work. Eat, sleep, drink it. For 2-3 days a week, I go anywhere in the U.S. where there is oil & gas production and seek out the service contractors. My goal is to build a relationship. I have minimum expectations from there… The other days of the week, I think and strategize. Think about how to better our people and strategize on how to better our organization. That about sums it up.
