I\'ve been recruiting for close to 10 years now. To put it simply, what I enjoy most about my role as a recruiter is building relationships and finding people jobs they want. I\'ve had a successful history of full cycle recruiting in corporate and staffing environments. In the staffing space I\'ve hired for both permanent placement and contract based positions. In my 10 years of recruiting, I\'ve hired a variety of positions. I\'ve recruited the following healthcare disciplines: Psychologist, BCBA, SLP, OT, PT, NP, RN and medical scribe. My current focus is in the behavioral health space for all of the above disciplines with the exception of medical scribe.but if you are a medical scribe, I\'m happy to point you in the right direction. Outside of healthcare I\'ve recruited engineers, account executives and accountants. As you may have already seen from my profile, I believe in being honest, kind and consistent when communicating with candidates, hiring managers and co-workers.
