Exercising my chemistry and manufacturing background in polymeric composites and developing my knowledge in ceramic matrix composites in various projects covering a range of sectors from aerospace, defence, automotive and rail. Acting as a Technical Authority (TA) on multiple projects to ensure KPIs and deliverable demonstrators are delivered to customers under budget and on time. Captured and challenged customer requirements of projects of differing sizes. Reviewed state-of-the-art technologies, down selection of materials and processes managed manufacturing, quality assurance and life cycle assessment. Delivered technical presentations and reports internally and externally, ensuring high technical standards while adhering to budgets and timelines. Worked closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery, regularly reviewing and adjusting plans to mitigate cost, schedule, or quality risks.
