   Supported all areas of the Utilities department, including: Water Treatment Plant, Machine Room, Powerhouse/Boilers, Ammonia/Glycol Refrigeration, Air and CO2 Compressors and Purifiers, Steam Generation and Infrastructure, Water Reclamation.+Managed Capital projects through the Utilities department with internal teams and outside vendors from design phase through install/integration.+Reverse engineered the outdated HMI system in the Utilities control room and developed new scripting to enable reporting through our standard historian rather than a one off access database, enabling all systems to be up to date with company standards.+Rerouted Wonderware HMI communications from old Modbus + network through an Ethernet bridge.+Managed and executed replacement of 3 PLC systems (SCADA) that controlled core brewery functions, which were original to the brewery, with the latest Schneider processor all in a Labor Day shutdown window. Project was successful and required total system flow understanding.+Traveled to support integration of SAP and GE Proficy systems throughout enterprise.+Specified fiber IO loop design and incorporated to the existing infrastructure.+Worked to incorporate a control panel for a newly installed water softener system.+Performed a system audit and realized an opportunity for cost savings in which we were able to upgrade existing hardware with included maintenance and eliminate an existing 3rd party maintenance agreement for a grand total of $30K annual savings to the brewery.+Monitored/supported many brewery control systems, as well as standard infrastructure.
