About Jacob Fisher
I am a Regional Vice President for Ulysses Development Group (UDG). In this role, I source and develop new ground-up development and acquisition opportunities in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. UDG is a well-resourced, fast-growing company committed to developing best-in-class affordable communities nationwide. I have spent my career working in real estate and policy in both the public and private sectors. I was the Assistant Director for Policy for the Mayor of Philadelphia on the Neighborhood Transformation Initiative, a major blight remediation and redevelopment initiative. In 2007, I began my development career at Pennrose, LLC. At Pennrose, I advanced into senior leadership roles over nearly two decades. During this time, I worked across public, private, and non-profit sectors to bring affordable housing projects to completion. I have developed and led a team on the development of over housing units, with a total value exceeding $1 billion.I am active in state and federal advocacy for affordable housing resources. I am the Chair of the Pennsylvania Developers’ Council and board member of the Pennsylvania Housing Alliance and Building Industry Association of Philadelphia.Please reach out to talk about development opportunities.
