About Jacob Elijah Juarez

A young professional that moved to San Francisco to graduate with a business marketing degree. I worked various jobs to help me pay for bills on my own but that would still allow me to expand the essential workplace skills. Supervisor at the Marriott Marquis to learn about leadership, then to Sales Associate at Nordstrom for creativity and client relationship skills, and finally to a Server for multitasking and fast paced environment experiences. After a few years, I realized my passion for entertainment and tech makes me who I am so I knew I had to continue my pursuit of marketing to continue down this path. To reach this goal, I joined COOP to learn digital marketing skills like Google Analytics, Paid Ads, SEO, SEM, data analytics and more. So far, I have become comfortable with applying these skills in the workplace setting. I’ve also been able to assist music artists around the bay area in promoting song releases they\'ve recorded. Not only that, but I\'ve worked with numerous clients at Friendly Donuts and PageHub. There, I assisted through web designing, social media presence with the help of Adobe Photoshop, and Google Ad placement as well as Google SERP. Marketing interest me greatly because the behavior of why individuals do something is fascinating. The \"why” question about anything has always been a question I can\'t ignore and need to find answers for. This is ultimately the reason I enjoy marketing; to discover consumers interests. After graduating, I\'ve now worked multiple jobs even through the pandemic that has impacted hundreds of lives. I\'m excited to continue the snowball effect of acquiring new skills and expanding my knowledge as my career continues.
