An enthusiastic and versatile professional with strong managerial skills and a successful track record of delivering infrastructure and Engineering change within the Data Centre Services sector. Having completed an Engineering apprenticeship within the fast paced, deadline driven modern printing industry and with over a decade of post qualification experience in the Data Centre Services sector. An ability to work under pressure to meet the tight deadlines and multiple deliverables demanded by todays clients has been developed and is now second nature. Following the participation in sponsored mentorship programs an adaptable leadership style has been developed, encouraging a hands-on approach to management. This has also led to the development of effective communication skills and the ability to repackage complex concepts and ideas in an accessible way to ensure results are achieved expediently and efficiently.As a leader, a strong focus on the team’s continuous development coupled with a desire to guide their autonomy is evident. As an individual, remaining calm in the face of managerial and client challenges ensures that a measured response that strikes the right balance between the needs of the business and the demands of the client is always forthcoming.
