Brainstorm and strategize with the Oregon Health Authority and other statewide meeting spaces. Advised on member engagement campaigns for 988 crisis line. Designed and improved a standardized Medicaid provider application and review process, streamlining internal communication, improving efficiency and processing time, leading to an improved member and provider experience.Partnered with clinical leadership colleagues to advocate, build, market, and operate a fully staffed, multidisciplinary Gender Affirming Care program.
