ABOUT JACOB CRABTREE
I am a graduate of Miami University (OH)\'s prestigious Farmer School of Business, where I pursued a degree in Finance. After graduating, I took a job as a Specialty Leasing Manager of the iconic properties portfolio for Ashkenazy Acquisitions Corporation. The Iconic Properties Portfolio consists of properties such as Faneuil Hall in Boston, Bayside Marketplace in Miami, Shops at Rivercenter in San Antonio, and Union Station in DC. From Ashkenazy I have taken a new job with Marcus & Millichap and have joined the TAG Industrial team with a focus in the STL/Kansas City Markets for the first two-years of my career. From there I have taken over the Northern Chicago Market up to Milwaukee and along the Northwest Corridor of I-90. Through my time with Marcus I am the recipient of the Pacesetter Award and Rookie of the Year. Within my first two years I was associated with over $50 million dollars in real estate transactions across the St Louis/Kansas City/Chicago Markets.
