I\'m a dedicated and driven professional currently working as a Graduate Surveyor at Avison Young in Leeds. My journey in this field began with work experiences in the Planning Team at Sheffield City Council, where I had the opportunity to shadow and work closely with senior employees. This hands-on experience, coupled with my academic background in Geography from Newcastle University, has equipped me with a unique perspective on land development. I further honed my skills during my time at Banks Group, where I served as a Planning Placement Student before becoming a Graduate Development Surveyor for nearly three years. Recently, I have completed a RICS accredited Master\'s degree in Real Estate from the University College of Estate Management which has grown my understanding of the industry. My top skills include development appraisals, viability assessments, red book valuations, site finding. land acquisition and disposals, local housing market assessments and demand assessments.My future goals involve completing my Master’s degree in February 2024 and then becoming a Chartered Surveyor in Autumn/winter 2024.
