I have been in the sports industry since 2021 and have had experience in guest experience doing digital ticketing on a game day experience to open the door into the sports industry. That opportunity lead me to other great opportunities within this great industry and brought me to where I am in ticket operations today. In my role I process orders from our great sales team with the Arizona Cardinals, I work with Fortress to ensure our scanning devices are ready to go for our event days, and also being able to work in a big environment while having the ability to multi task to ensure event days are great from a ticketing standpoint. These jobs gave me the skills to learn from my mistakes, great communication skills, be a leader and step up when need be, making myself available and being a team player, having great customer service skills, and plenty of other skils.
