As a senior technical project manager, I led cross-functional teams with 25-100 staff members across US, India, and Canada, overseeing up to 12 projects and spearheading the use of JIRA in PMO.SELECTED PROJECTS• Debit Disputes to Integrated Dispute System – Worked with director of program management to drive incorporation of 22 debit networks dispute processing into an automated processing system, generating $3.5M annual revenue. Key merchants – Apple, Walmart, Microsoft, and Google.• Global Settlement and Reconciliation – Project managed a solution to provide a single system to balance global payment processing across all of Fiserv operating platforms. Encompassed 45+ project efforts across all global systems with ~300K development hours and $30M of effort. 18 months to deliver MVP.
