   I was hired on as a Processing Assistant where I spent the first four months with the company. Around the start of 2022 I was taken from one small processing team and assigned to a much larger team focused on all the processing tasks for the entire real estate lending department. Responsibilities - Insurance Mortgagee Updates / Requests for Documentation / Loan Payoffs / Applicant Employment Verification Towards the end of 2022, I was asked to move onto a team handling loan dispositions after they\'d experienced a massive uptick in workload. Responsibilities - Dispositioning loans into their appropriate status by following the regulatory and company guidelines surrounding this aspect of mortgage. Once the workload in Dispositions slowed down considerably I was presented another oppurtunity to work with a specialty closing team that handled all of the companies Assumption files.Responsibilities - Review Funding Documents, Issuing Funding Authorizations, Managing Recorded Documents, and spearheading any communication necessary to resolve Post Closing errors. Around the end of January of this year, I was able to pass off my role with Assumptions onto a team of capable teammates and have begun to assist with our Post Closing team handling RESPA and NTB errors.
