My experience is largely within membership-based organizations, such as wellness and fitness centers or national fraternity organizations, where I consistently foster a positive impact. I flourish when regularly tackling new problems head-on such as solving operational roadblocks, implementing new programs and trainings, or analyzing current processes for strategic decision-making. Outside of work, I practice what I preach. You’ll find me exercising daily, reading leadership development books and industry research, as well as getting involved in the community. I’m highly dedicated to personal growth and believe that consistent effort given towards holistic self-improvement not only benefits the individual and the work they do, but secondarily improves the lives of those around them.
