   My job is to extinguish the worst of construction infernos in California General Contracting, HCAi/OSHPD Takeover Projects. These projects happen when another general contractor is terminated from the project due to failure at the job they were hired to do. That’s when they send the Industry’s finest. It\'s my job to stop the previous poor performance, reset expectations, create a road to success and drive the project hard to completion while staying on schedule and turning a profit. By its very nature these projects are hostile and litigious but I pride myself on being the tip of the spear when an already stressful and difficult industry such as construction becomes orders of magnitude more difficult. It\'s for these reasons failure is not an option and it’s my mission to turn poorly run projects into undeniable successes.Specific Job Duties- Leading meetings and teams to perform better than they would without me. There is a growing lack of leadership in the industry and fewer people are stepping up to make the hard choices, hold each other accountable and lead by example- Creating and issuing subcontractor contracts- P6 schedule updating- Pull planning- IOR/HCAi coordination- Subcontractor Kickoff Meeting Team Lead- Quality Control Lead- Full BIM coordination including NWF file clash detection- Responsible for setting the standard of expectation for safety on the jobsite- OSHA 30, HAZWOPER 40, 8 hour trenching/excavation/scaffold and CPR certified- RFI, submittal, procurement, equipment coordination- Underground Utility Digging Lead for implementing best practice scanning with GPR, potholing and stakeholder buyoff before a shovel touches the ground- General Construction Hustler to push everything to do better on my projects
