Also the lead operations focal for design, integration, and implementation of an automated storage & retrieval system (ASRS) in a distribution center. • Collaborated with cross-functional teams to analyze current warehouse processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and automation, and documented 150 system business requirements which drove system design. • Coordinated user acceptance testing (UAT) phases, collaborating with 10 key users to validate system functionality, documented 240 system bugs, and gathered feedback for improvements.• Trained and mentored 25 warehouse employees on new processes and technologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.• Oversaw the transition to the new WMS in the facility which manages SKU’s and processes inbound & outbound orders monthly. • Conducted on-site assessments of suppliers where I analyzed data and performance metrics to pinpoint root causes of supply chain issues, delivering actionable insights for process enhancement.• Led a process improvement team through the DMAIC process in response to high defect occurrence in the warehouse replenishment cell.
