My focus is on aligning organizational design, emotional intelligence, and measurable growth outcomes, ensuring that our programs empower people as much as they educate them.This role complements my work at Unify Consulting, where I lead large-scale AI and business transformation initiatives. Both roles share the same foundation: helping people and organizations evolve — whether through Agentic AI and connected systems, or through clarity, empathy, and emotional awareness that drive sustainable growth.
