In my current role as the Senior Director and Head of HR, India Global Capabilities Centers at Transunion, I\'m responsible for integrating and nurturing TransUnion\'s values and beliefs that enable an inclusive one-team culture. This involves all aspects of HR in the flagship GCC, including recruiting, employee engagement, talent management, compensation, benefits, payroll, associate relations, and training in the region. At TransUnion GCC, we\'re on a mission to create a place where everyone can live their legacy. My career has largely focused on large-scale talent transformations across IT, Banking & Finance, Manufacturing and Shared Services domains. I have been lucky enough to have led diverse teams in global organizations during my career in various HR leadership roles - HR strategic consulting, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, HR Business Partnering, Employee Engagement & Relations, HR Generalist, C&B etc.Under our senior leadership and within its first three years of operation, the TransUnion GCC was recognized as one of India\'s top 50 best Workplaces, one of India\'s top 50 best Workplaces for Women, and one of India\'s top 25 best workplaces for IT & IT-BPM by the Great Place to Work Institute in 2020. We are also proud winners of the third edition of NASSCOM GCC Annual Awards 2021.Before joining Transunion, I worked as the Head of Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement at Ujjivan Small Finance Bank and as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Citi.
