I am Vehicle Fleet Manager for the company, responsible for overall fleet maintenance, camera systems, deployment, and acquisitions for a fleet of 76 vehicles across 12 different locations. In this role I ensure maximal operational fleet availability while also maintaining cost efficiencies. My role as Lead Instructor allows me to use the driving dynamic skills I learnt through various courses during my automotive media career to help train and educate the next generation of US drivers. In this role I\'m also part of the senior team managing the operational side of the company I\'m also responsible for training and mentoring of instructors, as well as ensuring that Basic Operator Skills Tester competency levels are maintained.I perform Safety Evaluations on a variety of people, from those suffering with traumatic injuries and degenerative diseases, to people of advanced age. After the evaluations, I provide reports to families, doctors, and legal representatives on their ability to continue driving safely.
