ABOUT JACLYN M. DESPOSITO
I took the long way to becoming a travel designer, which is by way of Boston College (\'13), Notre Dame Law School (\'16), and nearly a decade as a corporate attorney.My legal career gave me a front-row seat to how high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and families navigate complex decisions, and it sharpened my ability to anticipate needs before they’re voiced. But in every spare moment, I was researching luxury hotels, authentic dining, and personalized experiences around the world and especially in Italy.After a decade of designing travel for friends and family, I launched Heartfelt Travel in March 2022 with a dream, a Dolce & Gabbana dress, and zero expectations. Since then, I’ve taken my discerning eye and client-first mindset global by expanding my network, refining my destination expertise, and scouting properties firsthand so my clients don’t have to.My clients are athletes, business owners, executives, public figures, and families who trust me to design seamless, soul-stirring, completely custom travel. I’m proud that they often say working with me feels like having a close friend who knows all the right people everywhere in the world.Today, I split my time between serving as General Counsel of Wiser Solutions and leading my growing team of Travel Designers and Coordinators at Heartfelt Travel. When I am not traveling or designing travel, I write about my travels on Substack under the name \"Going Places.\" I still believe the greatest luxury in life is time well spent — and I’ll never stop helping people make the most of it.
